Appearing at the East Coast Jazz Festival is always a homecoming for me…the friends I have made over the years make me feel as though it's a family reunion. I wanted this performance to reflect my growth as an artist and as a person. In overcoming numerous challenges and changes in the past few years, I wanted to share the joy and strength I've achieved, with the support of my family and friends. Many thanks to Dan Lamaestra for his ideas and creativity. Also, thanks to Myles, Aaron and Bill for their musical gifts. Thanks to Jeff at Blue House for capturing it all. Thanks to Harold Becton, Ronnie Wells, Candy Leney, Ilona Richey, and Diane Daly for your friendship, wisdom and encouragement. Thanks to my children, Michelle and Greg, for embracing creativity and music (and their unconventional parents) in their lives. And above all, thanks to my husband Tom, for your absolute faith in me, your love, and your willingness to always "go for it". To all of you, Here's To Life!

Thanks to Harold, Dan, Dan, Miles and Howard for sharing your amazing talents with me on this project. Your creativity, energy, sense of humor and professionalism brought so much to the outcome. Thanks to Pete for doing such a great job of capturing a live performance, and keeping the "feel" while taking care of the technical stuff. Thanks to Rick Silton and Tom Lyon for handling the room sound during rehearsals and the recording. Thanks to Helmuth Humphrey and Paul Gormont for your creative gifts on the photography and the design. Thanks to Ronnie Wells for your advice and encouragement. Thanks to all my friends and supporters who were in the audience that special day, and for all your support over the years. Thanks to my family for instilling a love of music in me at an early age, and for encouraging me to follow my dreams. Thanks to my son Greg and my daughter Michelle for your love and inspiration. Most of all, thanks to my husband Tom for being my partner, my friend, and soulmate. The music we've made over the years is one of the greatest joys in my life, and to have your enthusiasm and limitless belief in me makes everything possible.
